USD1 Introduction
USD1 is a dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by World Liberty Financial. It is fully collateralized by short-term U.S. Treasury Bills and cash equivalents, designed to maintain a 1:1 stable peg to the U.S. Dollar. As a regulated reserve-backed asset, USD1 offers the same price stability as traditional cash, in an on-chain digital form.
Event Rules
- The APR will be adjusted daily based on the remaining reward budget for the month and the platform's total effective USD1 holdings. The updated APR will be announced around 06:00 (UTC) each day.
- Return Calculation: Daily Return = Average Holdings × Annual Percentage Rate (APR) / 365
- Returns: The system takes a snapshot of USD1 balances every hour — 24 snapshots daily.
- Snapshot range for Unified Accounts: Trading accounts.
- Snapshot range for Classic Accounts (non-Unified Accounts): Spot account, Perpetual Futures account, Delivery account, and Options account.
- Not included: USD1 is held in Flexible Term or Fixed Term Earn products.
- Average holdings are calculated based on these snapshots, and returns will be credited to your Assets account the next day.
- To receive Soft Staking rewards, users must meet the minimum token holding requirement. Additionally, there is a cap on the holding amount eligible for return calculations; any excess will not generate additional returns.
- Your initial Soft Staking return will be credited to your Assets account between 00:00 and 08:00 (UTC) on the day after the snapshot (i.e., the second day after activation). After that, Soft Staking returns will be distributed daily to your Assets account. However, distribution may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as network latency and system calculation.
- USD1 carries inherent risks, including price volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and potential regulatory changes. The displayed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is an estimate and not a guaranteed return; actual reward value may fluctuate with the market price of USD1.
