Gate Swap Liquidity Pioneer Program: Win Over $10,000 in Rewards and Help Build the Ecosystem

To further enhance on-chain asset liquidity within the Gate Layer ecosystem, Gate Swap is officially launching the "Liquidity Pioneer Incentive Program," targeting both project teams and liquidity providers (LPs). The goal of this initiative is to encourage high-quality projects to create new liquidity pools and to incentivize community members to actively contribute assets, working together to build a more vibrant and efficient Gate Layer liquidity ecosystem.

How to Participate

1. Click the "Join Now" button on the event page to register and qualify for rewards.
2. Connect your wallet and select your wallet address to complete registration.
3. Follow the task instructions to create a pool or add liquidity.

Event Details

Event 1: New Pool Creation Reward

Starting November 7, 2025, any project team that creates a Standard liquidity pool on Gate Swap for the first time and keeps it active for more than 20 days, with a TVL of at least $40,000 at the end of the event, will receive a reward of $200 in equivalent GT.

Reward Rules

1. Limited to the first 50 eligible new pools (based on creation time).
2. The total budget for the New Pool Creation Reward is capped at $10,000 in equivalent GT. As long as the budget lasts, eligible pools—after deduplication—will each receive $200 in GT, following the "first 50 and deduplication" mechanism. If the budget cannot fully cover all pools with TVL ≥ $40,000, rewards will be prioritized for pools with the highest TVL, determined by the time of qualification. Pools meeting the TVL threshold after the budget is exhausted will not receive the $200 GT reward.

Device Deduplication Rules

1. If multiple wallet addresses on the same device ID create multiple new pools: Gate Web3 will count only one pool per device ID. The qualifying pool will be the one with the highest TVL within the event period and the subsequent 20 days. Other pools created by the same device will not be counted.
   Example: Device A has addresses a1, a2, and a3, all of which created new pools. If pool a2 has the highest TVL (≥ $40,000) within 20 days after the event ends, then device A’s "New Pool Creation Reward" qualification will be based on pool a2, and other pools will not count toward the quota.
2. Device deduplication applies only to the New Pool Creation Reward count.
3. Additional: If any of the first 50 slots are found to involve compliance review or cheating, Gate Web3 reserves the right to revoke the slot and allocate it to the next eligible device (without further notice).

Event 2: TVL Tier Challenge Rewards

During the event, once a liquidity pool’s total value locked (TVL) reaches a specified tier, the corresponding token airdrop reward will be triggered. Gate Web3 will fund the target tokens for this airdrop, purchasing them on the open market via Gate Swap at real-time prices. The acquired tokens will be distributed to all LP wallet addresses in the pool, with allocation based on each LP’s share of the pool.

Reward Rules

1. Each liquidity pool can only receive the highest tier reward (tier rewards are not cumulative).
2. The total airdrop budget for this event is capped at $30,000 in equivalent Meme tokens. Tier rewards will be distributed after each pool operates for 20 days, allocated in order of TVL. Pools with identical TVL will be ranked by creation time as recorded by the system.
3. If the total budget is exhausted by earlier pools, subsequent pools that meet the tier criteria will not receive airdrop rewards, though they can still benefit from non-monetary ecosystem support (such as tags, top listing, community exposure, etc.), unless the official team increases the budget and announces it.
4. If no pool meets the minimum TVL requirement for a tier, that tier’s airdrop will not be distributed.

Reward Distribution Mechanism

1. Rewards are distributed entirely based on LP holdings.
2. No device deduplication: Multiple addresses on the same device providing genuine liquidity are considered valid. Each address’s LP holdings are counted independently for rewards.
   Example: User A uses five wallet addresses on the same device to provide liquidity to different Meme pools. Each address’s LP holdings will be calculated independently for rewards, and the system will airdrop rewards according to each address’s share. Addresses with larger holdings will naturally receive more.
3. Anti-abuse mechanism: The system will automatically monitor behaviors such as repeated staking, abnormal fund transfers, and very short-term deposits/withdrawals. Gate Web3 reserves the right to flag and exclude abnormal addresses from airdrop rewards.

Tier Reward Details

Qualified pools will receive a "Hot Pool" tag, top placement in the liquidity list, additional ecosystem support from Gate Web3 social channels, Gate Fun community resources, and exposure through official promotional channels.

Important Notes

1. Participants must click the "Join Now" button on the event page to register and qualify for rewards.
2. If the page language does not match or the wallet cannot be connected, please update the app to: Android 7.25.5, iOS 7.25.0.
3. To ensure fairness, the number of wallets associated with a single IP is strictly monitored. Abnormally high account activity is considered a violation and will result in restricted eligibility.
4. All airdrops will be distributed within 21 business days after the event ends.
5. All task airdrop rewards can be stacked.
6. Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive behavior, including but not limited to wash trading, improper matching, mass account registration, or other abnormal participation methods. Suspected fraud, self-trading, wash trading, matched orders, market manipulation, or other violations will result in disqualification and forfeiture of airdrops.
7. If a user participates in multiple events during the same period, only one airdrop will be awarded, based on the highest eligible airdrop. The platform reserves the final interpretation rights for this event’s terms.
8. In case of any discrepancies between the translated and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
9. Risk warning: There is a risk of "impermanent loss." If token prices fluctuate significantly, the total value of assets withdrawn by LPs may be less than the value of holding the tokens individually.
