L'Administration du cyberespace de Chine et quatre autres départements ont publié conjointement le « Règlement provisoire sur la gestion des services interactifs d'intelligence artificielle anthropomorphique »

Mars Finance reports that on April 10th, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly announced the “Interim Measures for the Management of Artificial Intelligence Humanized Interactive Services,” which will come into effect on July 15, 2026.
The “Measures” adhere to the principles of people-oriented and benevolent intelligence, clearly stating that the state insists on balancing development and security, promoting innovation and rule of law governance, encouraging innovative development of humanized interactive services, and implementing inclusive, prudent, and classified regulation of humanized interactive services;
It proposes measures to promote humanized interactive services, clarifies support for technological research and innovation, and encourages orderly expansion into fields such as cultural dissemination and elderly companionship;
It stipulates the basic requirements for providing humanized interactive services, clearly prohibiting activities that generate threats to national security, honor, and interests, incite subversion of state power, or overthrow the socialist system, and sets forth the security management obligations of providers of humanized interactive services;
It improves the system for protecting the rights and interests of network users, including obligations to safeguard the rights of minors, the elderly, and personal information of users of humanized interactive services.
Additionally, the “Measures” also specify systems for security assessment, algorithm filing, and guiding the construction of AI sandbox security service platforms.
