China Maintains Ban on Rare Earth Exports to Japan for Military Uses, Foreign Ministry Confirms

According to China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian on Tuesday (June 9), after Washington requested Beijing resume rare earth exports to Japan, China maintains a ban on dual-use items for Japanese military users and purposes. The Foreign Ministry stated the policy aims to prevent Japan's remilitarization and nuclear ambitions.
