China's ChiNext Index Breaks 4000 for First Time in 11 Years, Up 24% Year-to-Date

According to Odaily Daily and Gold Ten, China’s ChiNext Index broke through the 4,000-point level on May 13, marking the highest point since June 8, 2015. The index has gained more than 24% year-to-date. The Shenzhen Component Index rose over 1% and approached 16,000 points, while the Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.3%.
