Global Liquidations Hit $259M in 24 Hours, Long Positions Account for $137M

Gate News message, April 21 — According to Coinglass data, global liquidations reached $259 million over the past 24 hours, with long positions accounting for $137 million and short positions for $121 million.

Bitcoin saw long liquidations of $44.87 million and short liquidations of $53.17 million. Ethereum recorded long liquidations of $28.39 million and short liquidations of $23.42 million.

In the same period, 114,335 traders were liquidated globally. The largest single liquidation occurred on an exchange at $7.60 million for BTCUSDT.
