Iranian Foreign Minister States Armed Forces Maintain Alert Against Airspace Violations

According to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in a recent X post, Iran's Armed Forces maintain a 'continuous alert' status against any violation of the country's airspace, territory, or waters. Araghchi warned that foreign military forces near Iranian territory face risks from human error, accidents, or potential crossfire, and called for their withdrawal from the region to reduce such risks.

Araghchi also stated that the Strait of Hormuz is not international waters but is shared between Iran and Oman, located thousands of miles from U.S. coasts.
