According to state media, Russian President Putin said on May 9 that Russia-China cooperation is the most important factor in maintaining international relations stability. He noted that as international treaties on disarmament and nuclear non-proliferation have largely collapsed, Russia-China cooperation has become crucial to preventing nuclear proliferation and maintaining global stability.
