According to Odaily, Samsung announced an enterprise-wide AI transformation this month, integrating artificial intelligence across all group companies and creating dedicated AI organizations. The company will deploy Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude across eight core business processes including development, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales, service, and operations support.

Samsung plans to conduct two-day AI training for approximately 50 group subsidiary presidents this month, followed by phased training for about 2,300 executives and company-wide employee training by year-end. A newly established AI oversight organization will manage AI strategy, data governance, model operations, and talent development.
