On May 11 evening, the Hondius cruise ship, affected by a hantavirus outbreak, docked at Granadilla port in Tenerife, Spain. The final 28 passengers and crew members disembarked and were transferred to the local airport before flying to the Netherlands. The ship subsequently departed for Rotterdam, Netherlands.
