Trump Urges Muslim Leaders to Join Abraham Accords After Iran War Ends

GateNews
According to AXIOS citing U.S. officials, on May 25, President Trump called Arab and Muslim leaders during Saturday talks to demand they sign peace agreements with Israel if an Iran war ends. Trump's primary goal is to advance a historic peace deal between Saudi Arabia and Israel, though current regional political dynamics and Israel's upcoming elections make near-term breakthrough difficult. Trump stated he would call Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and hopes future Israeli leaders participate in similar calls. Leaders on the call expressed surprise and fell silent, after which Trump said his envoys Kushner and Wittkoff will follow up on the matter in the coming weeks.
