UK Gilt Yields Fall Across Curve on June 9, 2-Year Drops 4.4bp

On Tuesday (June 9), UK gilt yields fell across the curve during European afternoon trading. The 2-year gilt yield dropped 4.4 basis points to 4.335%, hitting a daily low of 4.315%. The 10-year yield declined 3.4 basis points to 4.909%, with an intraday low of 4.891% reached at 21:49 Beijing time. Longer-dated gilts also declined, with 30-year yields down 2.9 basis points and 50-year yields down 2.6 basis points.
