Fintech company Superstate completed an additional Series B round of funding on April 13. Invesco Private Capital, a subsidiary of Invesco (Invesco), participated in the round; the specific amount was not disclosed. At the same time, Invesco will manage Superstate’s flagship tokenization fund USTB starting in 2026, with an estimated fund size of about $900 million.

On March 24, Invesco, with assets under management of $22 trillion, will take over Superstate's $900 million tokenized US Treasury fund USTB, which will be renamed "Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund" in the future. The fund will be managed by Superstate for trading technology and by Invesco for investment management, with the transition expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
