A distant relative found out I have a property that has been vacant for a long time


and traveled thousands of miles to ask me to sell it to him.
I told him the latest transaction price for the same type of unit was 2 million, and mine is on a better floor for 1.8 million.
We can both save on agent fees.
He hesitated and asked if I could sell it to him at cost price, since we’ve been relatives for many years.
I immediately shouted, “Deal! No backing out. My cost price is 3 million!”
