Have you ever thought about how much Satoshi Nakamoto's wealth could actually be worth? The mysterious Bitcoin creator sits on an estimated fortune of over $134 billion – and has never moved a single Satoshi.

That’s truly fascinating. Satoshi Nakamoto accumulated about 1.1 million Bitcoin through early mining in the network’s early days. Since 2010, nothing has moved in that wallet. No activity, no movement. Of course, this leads to wild speculation: Is he dead? Has he lost the private keys? Or has he deliberately chosen to stay out of everything?

With current Bitcoin prices, Satoshi Nakamoto’s wealth would be just outside the top 10 richest people in the world. It would bring him closer to Warren Buffett or Steve Ballmer than to names like Michael Dell or Rob Walton. Sergey Brin from Google would be in the same league with about $142 billion.

What impresses me most: Satoshi didn’t start a company, didn’t present himself to investors, didn’t go public. Just published a whitepaper, launched the code, and then went silent. 16 years later, a network worth $2.4 trillion exists. That’s a completely different kind of wealth accumulation than anything else we know.

Bitcoin has reached new highs this week – driven by ETF inflows and institutional demand. And while Satoshi Nakamoto’s wealth is theoretical – none of it has ever been moved or verified – it simply shows how far we’ve come since his last forum post in 2011. Crazy when you think about it.
