How is the 8 million prize pool divided?

The total prize pool consists of the following main parts:

Team Trading Contest — Up to 3.6 million USDT, distributed based on team total trading volume and profit ranking.

Individual Trading Contest — Up to 2 million USDT, awarded based on combined ranking of individual profit rate and trading volume.

1v1 PK Contest — Up to 1.6 million USDT, awarded to winners of head-to-head battles.

Bonus/Live Stream Rewards — 800k USDT separate prize pool, not linked to participant count.

Note: The total prize pool is dynamically unlocked. For example, if the effective number of traders is only 15k, the total prize pool is about 920k USDT; reaching 500k effective participants is required to unlock the full 8 million.

Participation Requirements and Rules

Eligibility: Both new and existing Gate.io users must complete KYC verification and register for the event.

Effective Trading Volume: Personal cumulative trading volume must be ≥ 10,000 USDT to be counted and eligible for prizes.

Eligible Trading Instruments:

Included trades: USDT margin spot, ETF, perpetual contracts, flash swaps, and some TradFi (traditional finance) trading pairs.

Excluded trades: Transfers between stablecoins (e.g., USDT/USDC) and trading pairs not denominated in USDT.
