With limit orders, you can set your desired buy or sell price in advance. When the market price reaches your specified order price, the system will execute the order according to market matching rules, helping you plan trading strategies more flexibly and capture market opportunities. This feature aligns with mainstream securities market trading methods and helps users improve trading efficiency while maintaining better price control.

• Set Your Own Execution Price Customize your buy or sell price based on your trading strategy.
• Place Orders in Advance Without Watching the Market in Real Time Submit orders in advance, and the system will automatically participate in matching once the market price is reached.
• Improve Price Control Reduce unexpected executions caused by short-term market fluctuations, making it more suitable for medium- to long-term positioning and key price-level trading.

• Please update the Gate App to v8.26.5 or above to use this feature.

Go to the Gate Stocks trading page, select “Limit Order” as the order type, enter your order price and quantity, then submit the order.
