Event 1: First Trade Reward, Earn 5 USDT

During the event period, users who participated in OpenAI Pre-IPOs and have never traded Futures since signing up will receive a 5 USDT reward after completing their first Futures trade with a volume of ≥ 200 USDT. The total prize pool is 20,000 USDT. Rewards are distributed automatically on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Event 2: First-Order Risk Buffer, Up to 50 USDT

During the event, registered users whose first futures open position trade after registration results in an actual net loss will receive a 100% risk buffer subsidy. The subsidy amount is calculated based on the actual net loss of that trade after close position. The maximum subsidy per user is 50 USDT. Total subsidy pool: 10,000 USDT. Subsidies are distributed in the order of the entry time of the first futures trade after registration. Limited quantity, first come, first served, until exhausted.
Note: After completing the task, the button text for Event 2 will not change. The first futures trade must open and close a position within the event period. Deductions from trial funds, cashback vouchers, etc., are not counted in the subsidy range. If the first order does not result in a loss, is not closed within the event period, or does not meet the event requirements, the subsidy will not be issued.

Event 3: OpenAI Pre-IPOs User Trading Challenge, Win Up to 1,000 USDT

During the event period, users participating in OpenAI Pre-IPOs who complete event registration and have a cumulative futures trading volume ≥ 2,000 USDT can activate the Futures Advanced Challenge. The higher your cumulative trading volume, the greater your chance of unlocking higher-tier rewards. Rewards are distributed in descending order based on cumulative futures trading volume after registration, and each user can receive only one reward at the highest eligible tier. Total prize pool: 20,000 USDT, with a maximum of 1,000 USDT per user. Limited quantity, while supplies last.

Note: After completing tasks, the Event 3 button text will not change. Rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends. If a tier is full, users who did not receive that tier's reward will be moved to the next tier based on trading volume ranking.

2. This event is limited to users who participated in the OpenAI Pre-IPOs; eligibility is determined by subscription records.
3. Trading Volume = Buy Volume + Sell Volume.

5. Event 2: Portions offset by trial funds, cashback vouchers, etc., are not counted in the subsidy range. If the first order does not incur a loss, is not closed during the event, or does not meet event requirements, the subsidy will not be issued.
6. Event 1 and Event 2 can be used together. Event 2 only compensates users whose first futures trade resulted in an actual net loss and who meet event requirements.
7. Rewards for [Event 1] will be distributed in the form of Futures Trial Fund and automatically credited to your account upon task completion. Rewards for [Event 2] and [Event 3] will be distributed in the form of USDT Spot tokens and credited to your account within 14 business days after the event ends. If you have not received your reward, it means all rewards have been claimed or you did not meet the participation requirements.
8. Market makers, enterprises, institutions, affiliates, and their sub-affiliates are not eligible to participate in this event.
9. If a user participates in other similar Gate events at the same time, they will only receive the reward from one event.
10. Bulk registration of dummy accounts, malicious volume manipulation, wash trading, matched orders, and other cheating behaviors are strictly prohibited. Subaccounts and master accounts, as well as multiple accounts under the same identity, will be treated as the same participant. Trading volume from subaccounts will not be counted toward the master account, and subaccounts are not eligible to participate in the event.
11. If there is any discrepancy between the translated version and the original English text, the English version shall prevail.
