American Perpetuals Exchange Completes $30M Funding Round Led by Lux Capital

According to Fortune, American Perpetuals Exchange completed a $30 million funding round led by Lux Capital on June 19, as disclosed by two sources familiar with the matter. The derivatives exchange, founded by Theodore Gillibrand, plans to apply for a license from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission to launch perpetual contracts on stocks and equity indices, rather than crypto perpetuals.
