Base Suffers Second Outage in Two Days, Network Resumes After 38-Minute Halt

According to ChainCatcher, Base experienced its second network outage in two days on June 26. Block production halted at 15:33 UTC and resumed at 16:11 UTC after the team confirmed and resolved the issue. The network exhibited a chain halt, requiring node operators to restart their Base nodes to resync. The incident mirrored the previous day's outage, where an anomalous block caused the Sequencer to pause block building for approximately two hours.
