According to Belarus’ Defense Ministry, the country conducted a nuclear weapons exercise on May 18. The ministry stated that the exercise aims to improve personnel training levels, test the combat readiness of airborne troops, and practice military operations from unplanned areas. The Defense Ministry emphasized that the exercise is not directed at any other country and poses no threat to regional security.
