According to Binance's official announcement on July 27, the exchange will distribute Nokia (NOK) dividends through bStocks to users holding NOKB. Net cash dividends, after deducting applicable withholding taxes, fees, and costs, will be reinvested as additional units or fractional shares of the same security in the form of NOKB bStocks stock tokens.

Users holding NOKB at the snapshot time of July 28, 2026, 08:00 (UTC+8) will receive stock dividends. Users holding NOKB on-chain will receive dividends through multiplier adjustments.
