BitMEX Delists 65 Trading Pairs in July Ahead of Sept. 23 Shutdown

According to BitMEX, the exchange announced Thursday the delisting of 35 additional derivative contracts, bringing the total number of delistings in July to 65 contracts and pairs due to "insufficient trading interest." BitMEX previously delisted 21 derivative contracts in early July and nine spot trading pairs two weeks later. The exchange will cease operations on Sept. 23, 2026, at 4:00 am UTC, concluding its 11-year presence in crypto derivatives.
