Bitmine Purchases 111,942 ETH as Tom Lee Predicts Ethereum Could Reach $250K

According to CoinDesk, Tom Lee, research director at Fundstrat and chairman of Bitmine, predicted at a recent Proof of Talk conference in Paris that Ethereum could ultimately reach $250,000 as artificial intelligence and tokenization reshape financial infrastructure. Bitmine recently purchased 111,942 ETH, increasing its holdings to approximately 5.4 million ETH, representing 4.47% of circulating supply. Lee noted that Bitmine now qualifies for inclusion in the Russell 1000 Index and that its staking model has significantly outperformed spot ETH holdings. Enterprise validators currently control about 7% of Ethereum's circulating supply, according to Lee.
