Blackstone to Invest $30 Billion in Japan AI Data Centers Over 3-5 Years

According to Reuters, Blackstone announced plans to invest $30 billion in AI data centers in Japan over the next three to five years. The US-based alternative asset manager is in talks to develop data center facilities with capacity exceeding 1 gigawatt. Blackstone also plans to accelerate its private equity investments in Japan.
