According to Reuters, Changxin Memory's 64GB DDR5 RDIMM module pricing has surpassed Samsung's approximately $1,240 per unit level as global memory demand surges. The Chinese chipmaker's competitive advantage has shifted from low-cost positioning to supply availability, with production orders booked through 2027.

Even major Chinese tech companies including Huawei have failed to secure price concessions, indicating severe supply constraints. Changxin currently holds about 8-10% of the global DRAM market, ranking fourth behind Micron, SK Hynix, and Samsung.
