China Cuts Retail Fuel Prices on June 18 as Crude Oil Falls, WTI Change Rate at -11.62%

According to Jin10 Futures and Chuangyi Intelligence data on June 18, 2026, China's gasoline and diesel retail prices are set to fall as crude oil prices declined. The crude oil change rate reached -11.62% as of June 17 close. Retail prices for 92# and 95# gasoline are expected to drop 0.40 and 0.43 yuan per liter respectively, while 0# diesel will decline 0.42 yuan per liter. The price adjustment window opens at 24:00 on June 18, 2026.
