China's ChiNext Index Surges 2.84% on June 25, Over 4,200 Stocks Fall

According to Cailian Press, China's stock market closed higher on June 25, with the ChiNext Index surging 2.84%, the Shenzhen Component Index up 1.82%, and the Shanghai Composite Index gaining 0.23%. Trading volume expanded significantly to 3.59 trillion yuan, up 310 billion yuan from the previous session. Market breadth weakened with over 4,200 stocks declining. Among gainers, semiconductor storage stocks led the rally, while supercapacitor and advanced packaging concepts also strengthened. Financial sector saw intermittent strength, while precious metals slid across the board.
