According to China’s Ministry of Justice, on May 15, the ministry and relevant departments determined that the EU’s investigation methods against Chinese entities under its Foreign Subsidies Regulation, specifically in the case of Tong Fang, constitute unlawful extraterritorial jurisdiction measures. The ministry stated that any organization or individual is prohibited from executing or assisting in the execution of such unlawful measures.
