Coincheck Raises $65 Million from Japanese Telecom Giant KDDI at $2.28 Per Share

According to ChainCatcher, Nasdaq-listed Coincheck Group announced a strategic investment and business partnership with Japanese telecommunications company KDDI Corporation. KDDI will purchase 28,536,516 newly issued common shares of Coincheck Group at $2.28 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately $65 million.

The two companies will collaborate on digital asset market expansion, including revenue-sharing mechanisms and referral reward programs.
