Gate News message, April 20 — Cuba’s Deputy Foreign Minister Del Toro confirmed that Cuban and U.S. officials held talks in Havana recently. The U.S. delegation was led by a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, while Cuba was represented by a Deputy Foreign Minister. Del Toro stated that both sides maintained a cautious and professional approach throughout the discussions.
