According to TrendForce, DRAM prices are projected to increase 13-18% in Q3 2026 as the market remains in extreme undersupply, though consumer-side weakness and high year-on-year comparisons will temper gains.
NAND Flash, meanwhile, is expected to rise 10-15% in the quarter, driven primarily by AI inference and large-scale data center deployments. However, contract prices have reached historic highs, and consumer customers facing slower demand are near their price tolerance limits, significantly reducing quarterly growth compared to previous quarters.
