Ethereum Lags Bitcoin Over Past Decade, ETH/BTC Ratio Remains at 2016 Levels: PlanB

According to analyst PlanB, Ethereum has underperformed Bitcoin over the past decade, with the ETH/BTC ratio currently around 0.026, matching March 2016 levels. PlanB noted that despite recent market rallies in 2023–2024, Ethereum has failed to appreciate significantly relative to Bitcoin, a pattern also observed during the 2017 and 2021 bull cycles. The analyst added that even now, Ethereum lacks upward momentum against Bitcoin.
