FTX Law Firm Fenwick & West, Auditor Agree to Pay $66M to Settle Fraud Claims

According to The Block, FTX's former law firm Fenwick & West agreed to pay $54 million to settle fraud-related claims on Friday (May 22). Auditor Prager Metis agreed to contribute $11.75 million, and former Miami Heat player Udonis Haslem, who promoted FTX, will pay $0.42 million. The combined settlement totals approximately $66 million and represents the second round of settlements in the FTX class action lawsuit, with documents filed with the Miami Federal Court on Friday.
