Gate News reports that, according to an official Gate announcement, Gate Card has launched a service upgrade with comprehensive optimizations across the application process, payment capabilities, and user benefits—further lowering the application threshold. Users can apply for Gate Card after completing Gate Identity Verification (KYC).

Gate Card is connected to Visa and Mastercard’s global payment networks, covering more than 100 million online and offline merchants worldwide. It also supports binding to Apple Pay and Google Pay to accommodate different payment scenarios, such as everyday spending, cross-border travel, and online shopping. With the new card, users can earn up to 8% cashback on purchases. Cashback rewards are available in two options: USDT and GT.

In addition, Gate Card can be applied for free, with no annual fee, monthly fee, or card-issuing fee. It supports both global online and offline purchases. Gate said it will continue improving the global payments ecosystem by expanding more payment scenarios and coverage across additional regions in the future.
