Gautam Adani Agrees to Pay $6M to Settle SEC Fraud Charges on May 14

According to the SEC, Gautam Adani agreed to pay $6 million to settle fraud charges related to Adani Green Energy on May 14. His nephew Sagar Adani will pay $12 million as part of the proposed settlement, which addresses allegations of false and misleading statements in violation of U.S. securities laws.
