According to Xinhua News Agency, flooding in Guangxi on July 9 has killed 39 people and left 9 missing, according to information released at a Nanning Flood Prevention and Disaster Relief press briefing held at midday. The death toll includes casualties from the collapse of the Liulan Reservoir near Nanning.
