According to Hyperliquid, the decentralized exchange was added to Singapore's Monetary Authority (MAS) Investor Alert List on June 26, 2026. The platform clarified that the designation does not constitute a ban, regulatory enforcement action, or finding of misconduct. Hyperliquid stated it operates as permissionless blockchain infrastructure and has never represented itself as being licensed or regulated by MAS. The company added that operations continue unchanged, with users retaining self-custody of assets while transactions remain transparent on-chain.
