According to Guotai Junan Financial App, Insightful Gene (03696) completed a block trade on June 30, with 20.93 million shares exchanged at HK$37.45 per share, generating HK$784 million in total proceeds. The transaction, involving major institutional investors, includes a 90-day lock-up period for remaining shares. Separately, the company announced that CEO Aleksandrs Zavoronkovs and Chief Scientific Officer Ren Feng have extended their lock-up commitments to June 29, 2027. Since the beginning of 2026, Insightful Gene has secured approximately $6.5 billion in industry collaboration orders, including a $2.75 billion deal with Eli Lilly and a $2.5 billion agreement with SK Biopharmaceuticals.
