Iran to Reopen Strait of Hormuz Within 30 Days After US Ceasefire Agreement

According to Nikkei, citing sources, Iran will reopen the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days after reaching a ceasefire agreement with the United States. During the 30-day window, Iran will clear naval mines from the waterway. Following the agreement, ships from all nations will be able to transit safely and freely, returning to normal operations before the strait's closure. The ceasefire agreement, reached in early April, has been extended for an additional 60 days.
