According to Financial Times, JPMorgan Chase will restructure its investment banking leadership on Wednesday, appointing Dorothee Blessing, Kevin Foley, and Jared Kaye as co-heads of global investment banking. Blessing previously led investment banking coverage, Foley headed global capital markets, and Kaye co-led the financial institutions group. The restructuring will integrate merger and acquisition services into the industry coverage team.
