Gate News message, April 23 — KelpDAO announced it is actively advancing a recovery solution following a recent security incident, with discussions progressing in a positive direction over the past few days. The project emphasized its core principle of “user first,” stating that all subsequent measures will be guided by protecting overall user interests.

Over the past four days (April 19-23), the Kelp team has worked around the clock with partners and stakeholders, achieving substantial progress on multiple potential resolution paths. Key developments include the Arbitrum Security Council taking action to freeze stolen funds and SEAL 911 participating in preliminary investigations to provide objective analysis support.

Kelp stated that current efforts remain focused on protecting user assets and strengthening the protocol itself. According to previous reports, hackers have largely converted $175 million in stolen ETH into BTC. The team committed to disclosing further updates through official channels and thanked ecosystem partners and the community for their continued support.
