Kioxia Supplies Next-Gen Flash Memory Samples to AI Data Centers on July 4

According to Bloomberg on July 4, Kioxia Holdings began supplying advanced flash memory chip samples to AI data center operators in a push to capture share in the high-margin market.

The Tokyo-based chipmaker said its latest 332-layer, 10th-generation 3D NAND flash delivers improved energy efficiency and faster data transfer speeds. Storage capacity increased 59% compared to its previous flagship 8th-generation chips.
