Kraken Opens Jersey Mike's IPO Subscription and Tokenized Stock JMKEx for 110+ Countries

According to Odaily, Kraken has opened Jersey Mike's IPO subscription for eligible U.S. users and tokenized stock JMKEx for users in 110+ countries and regions. Eligible U.S. users can apply to purchase book-entry shares at the IPO price, while JMKEx is backed 1:1 by underlying shares held with regulated custodians. The sandwich chain, which operates over 3,300 locations, is expected to price between $21 and $25 per share and will trade on the NYSE under ticker JMKE. After IPO completion, JMKEx will trade on Kraken and participating xStocks Alliance platforms 24 hours a day, five days a week, and can be transferred across compatible decentralized finance applications.
