According to Japanese police reported by Kyodo News, a man sprayed an unidentified substance near a commercial facility in Tokyo's Ginza on May 25, causing at least one person to be hospitalized and approximately 20 others to experience physical discomfort. Police received an emergency call at noon reporting a "pungent odor" at the location, with multiple people developing sore throats. The suspect left the scene before police arrived and remains at large as authorities continue their investigation.
