Mirae Asset's Nasdaq-100 Covered Call ETF Surpasses 2 Trillion Won in Net Assets on July 23

According to Mirae Asset Asset Management on July 23, the TIGER Nasdaq-100 Target Daily Covered Call ETF surpassed 2 trillion Korean won in net assets, reaching 2.2234 trillion won. The product is the largest overseas covered call ETF listed domestically.

The surge reflects growing investor demand for regular cash flows through option premiums amid elevated market volatility. Covered call strategies allow investors to generate income by selling call options while holding underlying securities, offering an alternative to directional bets in unpredictable markets.
