Nvidia Launches RTX Spark Processor With 128GB Memory at Computex; Chip Giants Declare AI Agent Era Arrived

At Computex 2026, global semiconductor leaders including Nvidia, Qualcomm, Intel, and Arm announced the AI Agent era has fully arrived. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang unveiled the RTX Spark processor (also called N1X) for AI PCs, combining Blackwell GPU architecture with Arm-based CPU and 128GB unified memory to enable local large language model execution without performance bottlenecks.

Qualcomm President and CEO Cristiano Amon declared 2026 as the "AI Agent year," predicting AI Agents will replace smartphones as the center of digital life and move across devices with users. Intel and Arm similarly reported surging CPU demand from enterprises seeking to run AI computations locally for security and latency reduction. Taiwan's major contract manufacturers—Foxconn, Quanta, Wistron, and Pegatron—also highlighted AI Agents' role in transforming factories into automated systems with reduced errors.
