OpenAI Launches Rosalind Biodefense Program to Develop New Biodefense Tools

According to Guru Club, OpenAI today launched the Rosalind Biodefense Program, providing trusted developers with access to a specialized large language model GPT-Rosalind for life sciences research and biodefense tool development. The company will offer free access to the tool and provide support for epidemiological modeling, early risk monitoring, screening, emergency preparedness, non-pharmaceutical interventions, and other public health initiatives. OpenAI has briefed the White House and multiple federal agencies on the initiative.
