PBOC Deputy Governor Announces Upcoming Batch of FDI, ODI, and QDII Reforms

According to Caijing, at the Lujiazui Forum opening ceremony on June 17, PBOC Deputy Governor and State Administration of Foreign Exchange Director Zhu Hexin announced upcoming comprehensive foreign exchange reforms, including overhauls to FDI cross-border policies and streamlined management of ODI and external debt transactions.

The reforms also include optimized foreign exchange lending and cross-border equity incentive schemes, alongside the allocation of new QDII quotas.
