The statement follows direct threats from Kremlin-backed Telegram channels targeting the UK’s Downing Street with Sarmat and Oreshnik missiles, with one channel claiming the Sarmat can destroy the Prime Minister’s residence while Oreshnik can target NATO headquarters.
